I'm afraid that my webcomic must end, but Samantha Dawn Lewis will live on somehow. For the whole week of Oct. 9-14 I was without an Internet connection after my Mac mini crashed. After I had the Mac mini's internal hard drive reformatted and Snow Leopard reinstalled, I was able to recover most of my programs from a backup, but alas, Poser 5 seems to be gone forever. I lost not only Poser 5 itself, but also my entire collection of customized Poser 4 figures and geometry files, especially the alternate no-genital hip geometry file for the Poser 4 Nude Man. The worst part is that Content Paradise no longer allows people to download Poser 5, even if they have valid serial numbers.
Until I can create the final three pages in Comic Life Magiq, below is a portrait of Samantha Lewis and Christopher Light I rendered in August 2008. I would be very grateful to anyone who is willing to part with his copy of Poser 5.
