This is the final page in Captain Light's solo adventure. In the second panel, Melissa Hartman's papers are actually white; the radio station lighting makes them appear black. Maybe the Easy Breather's next foe could be a male occultist.
As the November midterm election approaches, South Dakota's proposed statewide ban on smoking in public places has its supporters and its opponents. I can't help wondering: If this ban on tobacco is approved, will the Easy Breather still be needed?
