Captain Light and Ms. Coldheart meet at last! I originally planned five panels for this page, but reduced it to three for the sake of pacing. As for the penguin, I wasn't sure how else to convey that the frigid female fiend has to stay in a very cold environment, even indoors! Could she have had the penguin abducted from a zoo?
