The weather in South Dakota has been unseasonably cool and windy the latter half of this week. I hope it doesn't lead to an early winter.
With such recent theatrical releases as I Love You, Beth Cooper, Brüno, The Hangover and Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, I'm inclined to think that movies are worse than ever. And animated features, like Up and Ice Age 3, aren't much better. I haven't visited a movie theater in almost 20 years, not so much because of the content of the films themselves as because the auditoriums make the soundtracks louder than they should be.
