Today's page is a quick response to news of tobacco smuggling from Virginia through Maryland to New York. It doesn't just happen on the East Coast, either: This past June, two inmates at the Yankton (S.D.) Federal Prison Camp had six months added to each of their sentences for smuggling cigarets.
