Only four pages to go in this story! The ring Samantha Lewis has received from Rhonda Rathbun is much like the wristwatch worn by the hero of the 1970s TV series Gemini Man, in that it's supposed to help Samantha keep her invisibility in check. It won't be like the rings worn by the members of DC Comics' Green Lantern Corps.
From Saturday afternoon to Sunday morning (Dec. 10-11), I was one of about 4,000 customers of Midcontinent Communications who lost cable TV, telephone and Internet service. The unplanned outage affected not only Milbank, but also Big Stone City, S.D., and Ortonville, Minn.
