I'm reluctant to use any villain in more than one story, but the Easy Breather's next adventure calls (no pun intended) for the Operator to escape the women's section of the prison in St. Justin. The Rapid City Journal, South Dakota's second-largest daily newspaper, reports that electronic cigarets are becoming more popular as an alternative to the traditional kind with tobacco. They are, however, still nicotine delivery devices, and therefore not absolutely safe. At least three hospital networks in South Dakota have banned e-cigarets from their campuses.
