As I feared, Comcast is about to receive government approval to acquire 51% of NBC Universal. Unless the American people ask the FCC and the U.S. Department of Justice to prevent this merger, we may as well abandon any hope of seeing an official revival of Concentration.
Here's an interesting idea for tobacco control: Since we can't make it illegal (yet) to manufacture tobacco products for human consumption, and neither warning labels nor high prices deter smokers, why not make the packages inconvenient to use?
