The woman on this page is not the Easy Breather, but the made-over jewel thief Harriet Flynn, who still cannot remember who she is. Her skin is slightly darker than that of Samantha Lewis, but in-universe this difference isn't likely to be noticed.
By the time this page appears, Milbank should have had an unseasonably warm start to November, with temperatures as high as 60 degrees. It will be a relief from a very wet October.
